Media Dance Party at Millionaire Fair
On October 24, 2009, simultaneously of the Millionaire Fair, the Fourth annual ball dances tournament, Media Dance Party 2009, for mass media representatives will take place, which is annually conducted by the leaders and true experts in dance teaching: GallaDance.
Media Dance Party is a contest with its history and formed traditions, experienced partners and old fans. The long history of this social event makes us sure that this year Media Dance Party will attract attention of Moscow beau-monde and representatives of business circles and will evoke a wide response in press.
More and more people are now getting genuinely interested in dances, which is proven by tremendous ratings of “Dancing with Stars” project, the mini-version of large Pro-Am tournaments, and great interest to “Eurovision-2008” contest, advertising dance not only as a sport, but as a strikingly bright life style, giving unforgettable emotions.
The purpose of Media Dance Party is to make its contribution into revival of dance traditions and to familiarize creative people with the world of hot rhythms. Try yourself, feel the spirit of contest, learn something new - isn’t it a good reason for participation in the dance contest?
The dance contest will start at 14.00 and will traditionally be held in various nominations. The contestants will present a Latin dance (samba, cha-cha-cha, jive, rumba, and salsa). In each nomination there will be one winner. The nomination winners will participate in the final contest, the winner of will get the Grand Prix. The party will take place in the cocktail party format, where all the guests will enjoy the contest program and the show of professional teachers of GallaDance club.
After summarizing the results, the awards and gifts distribution ceremony, and the awarding of the Grand Prix winner will take place. The main prize for all the participants and guests will the real festive atmosphere with a burst of positive emotions and excellent spirit.
Svetlana Khorkina, Arina Sharapova, Andris Liepa, Alla Dukhova will be invited as judges of Media Dance Party 2009.
